By submitting an order request through our website, you agree to the following terms:

– Orders are subject to confirmation by us via email before payment is taken.
– Payment is made securely via Stripe. No payment data is stored on this website.
– We aim to dispatch all orders the next working day, or the same day if payment is received before 1pm (Monday–Friday).
– All cereal products are zero-rated for VAT. Prices listed do not include VAT unless clearly stated otherwise.
– If your items arrive damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve it quickly.
